    Last updated: September 2026

    1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Kernaim.to website, customer accounts, memberships, software, licence-based products, digital services, forums and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Kernaim.to service is operated by:

    Rayl Technologies BV
    Besloten Vennootschap (BV)

    Registered office:
    Jos Ratinckxstraat 3, bus 082c
    2600 Antwerp
    Belgium

    Enterprise Number: 1039.679.553
    VAT Number: BE 1039.679.553

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

    2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, users below the legal age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of the Services is permitted in your jurisdiction.

    3. ACCOUNTS

Certain Services require a registered customer account.

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and current information
    • Keep your login credentials secure
    • Maintain the security of your account
    • Accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account
    • Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

Account sharing, selling accounts, gifting accounts or maintaining unauthorized multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

    4. PRODUCTS, MEMBERSHIPS AND SOFTWARE

Kernaim.to provides digital memberships, software access and related digital services.
Product and membership descriptions, prices, access periods, compatibility requirements and other important information will be shown on the relevant product page or during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable requirements before purchasing.

Software access is provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence.
Purchasing a membership or software licence does not transfer ownership of any source code, software, intellectual property or underlying technology.

    5. SOFTWARE LICENCE RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized, you may not:

    • Sell, resell or transfer software access
    • Share your licence or account
    • Copy or redistribute protected software
    • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble software
    • Attempt to derive source code
    • Bypass or interfere with licence verification
    • Tamper with security or authentication systems
    • Remove proprietary notices or technical protections

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

    6. DEVICE AND HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION

Certain software may be linked to a specific device or hardware identifier (“HWID”). Where this applies, access may be limited to one authorized device at a time.
Hardware changes may require a reset or transfer before the software can be used on a different device. Reset eligibility and any applicable charges may depend on the product and circumstances.

    7. THIRD-PARTY GAMES AND PLATFORMS

Certain Products may interact with third-party games, applications, operating systems or online platforms. Third parties may update their systems, policies or services at any time, which may affect compatibility or functionality. We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with every future third-party update. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party terms and rules. Any suspension, restriction, ban or other enforcement action imposed by a third-party platform is outside our control.

    8. PRICING

Prices will be displayed before checkout. The applicable currency will be shown before payment is completed.
Applicable taxes, transaction costs or currency conversion charges may be displayed separately where required.

    9. PAYMENTS

Payments made through Kernaim.to may be processed using third-party payment processors, acquiring banks, payment gateways, cryptocurrency providers and fraud-prevention services.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the total amount displayed before confirmation.

    Transactions may be subject to:

    • Authentication
    • Fraud-prevention checks
    • Security checks
    • Risk assessment
    • Compliance checks

A transaction may be delayed, refused, cancelled or refunded where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment security, suspected unauthorized activity, compliance requirements or legal obligations.

The payment descriptor displayed on your card or bank statement may vary depending on the payment provider used.

    10. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Memberships and digital products are normally made available following successful payment and any required payment verification.

    Delivery may include:

    • Account activation
    • Membership activation
    • Licence access
    • Software downloads
    • Dashboard access
    • Electronic credentials

Temporary technical delays do not automatically constitute non-delivery where access can reasonably still be provided.

    11. MEMBERSHIPS AND RENEWALS

Certain Services may be offered on a recurring membership basis.
Where a membership automatically renews, the billing frequency and applicable price will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorize recurring charges until the membership is cancelled.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for a period that has already started, except where required by applicable law.

    12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Software and Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:

    • Maintenance
    • Security updates
    • Compatibility changes
    • Infrastructure issues
    • Third-party platform updates
    • Technical incidents

Where appropriate, membership extensions may be provided for confirmed periods of significant service unavailability.
Additional extensions or compensation may be considered depending on the circumstances.

    13. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support is available for issues reasonably related to the Services.

Support may request reasonable information necessary to investigate an issue, including:

    • Screenshots
    • Error logs
    • Video recordings
    • Device or system information
    • Remote troubleshooting where appropriate and agreed

Customers are expected to cooperate reasonably with troubleshooting.
You should never provide payment passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive authentication information during remote support.

    14. REFUNDS

Refunds may be available where a Product has a material technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved.

Because digital products and memberships may be supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once a Product has been delivered, activated or accessed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds will generally not be provided solely because:

    • A customer changes their mind after delivery
    • A third-party game or platform restricts an account
    • A third-party update affects compatibility
    • System requirements were not met
    • Installation or usage instructions were not followed

Where an issue is verified, an appropriate remedy may include:

    • Technical assistance
    • Replacement access
    • Membership extension
    • Account credit
    • A refund where appropriate or legally required

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

    15. DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge how immediate delivery may affect their statutory withdrawal rights.

    Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

    16. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, incorrect or eligible for a refund, we encourage you to contact support first so the matter can be investigated.

Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent payment dispute may result in:

    • Account suspension
    • Membership suspension
    • Licence revocation
    • Restrictions on future purchases
    • Additional fraud-prevention measures

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights available through their bank, card issuer, payment provider or applicable law.

    17. FRAUD PREVENTION

Transactions may be reviewed using automated or manual fraud-prevention systems.
Orders may be delayed, refused, cancelled or refunded where reasonably necessary to investigate:

    • Suspected fraud
    • Unauthorized payment activity
    • Account abuse
    • Security concerns
    • Compliance concerns

Additional information may occasionally be requested where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

    18. ACCEPTABLE USE

    You must not:

    • Use stolen or unauthorized payment information
    • Attempt to compromise the website or Services
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
    • Distribute malware or malicious software
    • Redistribute protected software without authorization
    • Bypass licensing or security systems
    • Impersonate another person
    • Harass or threaten other users or staff
    • Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or abusive content
    • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Reasonable criticism, complaints and support requests are permitted.

Users participating in Kernaim.to community areas must maintain a reasonable and respectful standard of behaviour.
    The following may be removed:

Forum posts may be moved, edited, closed or removed where reasonably necessary.

Users are responsible for the content they publish.

Views expressed by community members do not necessarily represent the views of Kernaim.to.

    20. USER CONTENT

Where you submit content through forums or community features, you retain responsibility for that content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content where necessary to operate the Service. You must not submit content you do not have the right to publish.

    21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Kernaim.to website, branding, graphics, interfaces, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Software and proprietary technology remain the property of Kernaim.to or the applicable rights holder.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.

    22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site may contain links, integrations, advertisements or services provided by third parties. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services outside our reasonable control.

    23. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Information may also be processed by payment providers, acquiring banks, fraud-prevention providers, hosting providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to:

    • Provide the Services
    • Process transactions
    • Prevent fraud
    • Maintain security
    • Provide technical support
    • Comply with legal obligations

    24. COMMUNICATIONS

We may send transactional communications relating to:

    • Your account
    • Purchases
    • Membership status
    • Security
    • Service updates
    • Support requests

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and unsubscribe options where required by law.

    25. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate an account, membership, licence or access to the Services where we reasonably believe:

    • These Terms have been seriously violated
    • Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred
    • Protected software has been redistributed
    • An account presents a security risk
    • Our systems have been attacked or intentionally disrupted
    • Continued access would violate applicable legal or compliance requirements

Where permitted by law, serious violations may result in termination without a refund.

    26. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

    We cannot guarantee that:

    • Services will always operate without interruption
    • Software will remain compatible with every future update
    • Third-party platforms will not take action against user accounts
    • Software will never require maintenance
    • Every feature will remain permanently unchanged

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

    27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

    This may include loss of:

    • Profits
    • Revenue
    • Data
    • Business opportunities
    • Access to third-party accounts or platforms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

    28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to:

    • Services
    • Payment arrangements
    • Security requirements
    • Legal requirements
    • Operating practices

The latest version will be published on the website with the date of the most recent revision.
Material changes will generally apply going forward unless otherwise required by law.

    29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

    30. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

    31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in a customer's country of residence provide additional rights or protections, those rights will continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
